The silent provincial small town where cops and gangsters living in peace, is shocked by unexpected incident. On a line shot down unknown persons the "Mercedes" belonging to large gangster authority on a nickname the Old-man (N.Chindjajkin). The Old-man carried at itself the whole suitcase of money. Money have disappeared. Everyone suspect everything, but the main suspicion falls on the woman doctor by name Marina (Dina Korzun), nobly picked up on road of the wounded Old-man.
