Head of a kindergarten Troshkin, an extremely kind-hearted man and the bandit having the nickname of “Dotsent” (Assisstant professor) turn out to be as like as two peas in a pod. “Dotsent” has managed to escape from the prison. Militia wants Troshkin to penetrate into the thieves’ environment, and he does his best playing the role of his double, a villain. As a result the comedy is extremely funny!
